How It Works:

• Check if your yard has enough space for one of our 450 meter bell tents (the tents are 15’ 9”, with the guy lines needed to set up, you will need 20-25’ x 20-25’ of flat space in your yard).

• Use our convenient booking form, customize your experience and any extras that you want to make your evening wonderful.

• We will confirm your dates by email and send you an itemized invoice along with a request for the deposit.

• A 25% deposit will be required to secure your reservation. The deposit is 100% refundable if the booking is cancelled within one week of your reservation date.

• We will send you a payment request for the remaining balance once the deposit is paid - you can pay anytime between receiving the request up to one week prior to your reservation date.

• 48-72 hours before your reservation date I will reach out to you to schedule a time to set up and take down.

• Walk outside and enjoy your magical evening.
